- Supervise building construction at site: RCC, PEB/steel structures, brickwork, plastering, flooring and finishing
- Execute work as per architectural and structural drawings and BOQs
- Ensure quality of concrete, reinforcement and shuttering as per IS codes
- Plan site progress and manpower, and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Do measurements, quantity estimation and bill verification
- Maintain daily progress reports and site safety
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in building construction (freshers with good site internships may apply)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and billing
- Positive communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English
