Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct requirement discovery calls and discussions with clients.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Work with technical teams to identify appropriate technology solutions.
- Support Pre-Sales and Sales teams in understanding client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, presentations and SOWs.
- Participate in client presentations, solution discussions and technical walkthroughs.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, solution approaches and basic architecture diagrams.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, Project Managers and Delivery teams.
- Support effort estimation, resource planning and high-level project estimation.
- Assist in responding to client queries during the sales and pre-sales cycle.
- Support POCs,



demos and solution presentations where required.
- Participate in UAT, requirement validation and project handover.
- Maintain requirement, proposal and chance documentation.

Technical Knowledge Mandatory

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience as a Technical BA, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / IT Consulting will be preferred.
- Solid requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong proposal, presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
