The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Field Supervisor to join BrandonWheelz. The candidate will be responsible for supervising transit media advertising campaigns across multiple cities in India, ensuring smooth execution, quality checks, coordination with vendors, and timely reporting. The role requires extensive travel across India and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate installers across different locations, ensuring timely and quality
campaign installations while resolving on-ground execution issues effectively.
- Supervise on-ground advertising campaign execution across multiple cities.
- Travel across India to monitor campaign installations and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, local teams, and clients for smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct regular field inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure branding materials are installed correctly as per client requirements.
- Capture and maintain campaign proof-of-execution reports and photographs.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports for management.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within timelines and company standards.
- Maintain proper communication between operations, sales, and execution teams.
- Track campaign performance and provide field feedback for improvements.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in field operations, supervision, advertising, or related roles preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset and execution-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to handle field pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of transit media or outdoor advertising is an added advantage.
