Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and standardize production processes, assembly sequences, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Conduct time studies, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Troubleshoot process issues in Winding, Turning, Pressing/Assembly, Soldering, Welding, etc.
- Design and improve tools, jigs, fixtures, machinery, and plant layouts.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Maintain BOMs, routings, and process data using SAP/ERP/MES.
- Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions for process failures.
- Conduct part/process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Prepare reports and analyze data using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and process optimization.
- Positive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
