About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Support Specialist & Trainer to train and support clinical research sites on our digital platform and connected respiratory devices. You will be the main point of contact for site training, day-to-day trial support, and issue resolution, working closely with clinical operations, project management, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Training: Train clinical trial sites (virtually or in person) on the platform, connected devices, mobile apps, and study workflows, including respiratory assessments such as spirometry, FeNO, oscillometry, and PEF.
- Proficiency Tracking: Track site training completion and spirometry proficiency, and coordinate retraining or follow-up where needed.
- Trial Operations Support: Assist project managers with site activation, trackers, site communications, reminders, IRB packets, and study documentation through start-up, conduct, and closeout.
- Client & Site Support: Handle site and client queries via phone, email, and ticketing tools (Freshdesk, HubSpot, Jira), provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance, and escalate complex issues to the right teams.
- Documentation & Improvement: Maintain SOPs, training materials, and FAQs,



and flag recurring issues to help improve processes and the site experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline.
- 4-8 years of experience in clinical research, clinical training, site support, or healthcare technology support.
- Basic comfort with digital tools and willingness to troubleshoot platforms and connected devices (clinical background with technology aptitude is sufficient).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients from diverse international backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Positive to Have

- Experience with respiratory testing (spirometry, FeNO, oscillometry, PEF) or respiratory therapy.
- Exposure to CRO, pharma, medical device, or digital health environments.
- Familiarity with GCP, IRB submissions, and ticketing tools (HubSpot preferred).
