Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Interior Sales Executive with experience in interior design, residential/commercial projects, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting interior solutions, and converting enquiries into projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for interior design and execution projects.
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
- Meet clients and present suitable interior design and execution solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and explain quotations, BOQs, and project estimates to clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales while maintaining company pricing and margins.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and site teams as required.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations,



conversions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

- Knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, furniture, and related products.
- Understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to understand BOQs and quotations.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant interior sales experience will be preferred.

- Turnkey interior companies
- Residential interior projects
- Commercial interior projects
- Modular kitchen/furniture companies
- Construction/real estate companies
- Architecture/interior design firms

Compensation
35,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
