Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into admissions.

- Provide admission counseling to students and parents through phone calls, meetings, walk-ins, seminars, and events.

- Understand student career goals, interests, fees, and follow up on application submissions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in education industry or sales background from an educational institution or EdTech company.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Com) or BE/B.Tech - Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents over phone calls.

- Robust convincing power to convert leads into admissions.
