Role & responsibilities

- Consumer Billing Management: Preparation and verification of monthly energy bills for HT, LT, residential, commercial and industrial consumers in accordance with applicable tariff orders and regulations.
- Revenue Monitoring: Assist in revenue assessment, billing data analysis, arrear monitoring, billing exception reports and revenue reconciliation.
- Meter Reading Data Processing: Validate consumer meter reading data and ensure timely integration into billing systems.
- Consumer Database Management: Maintain and update consumer records relating to load, category, tariff, connection status and billing information.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure billing practices comply with applicable GERC regulations,



tariff orders and distribution licensee obligations.
- New Connections & Load Changes: Support processing of recent service connections, load extensions, load reductions and consumer account updates.
- Revenue Collection Support: Assist in monitoring collection efficiency, disconnection and reconnection activities for defaulting consumers.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly billing, collection, arrear, energy accounting and consumer service reports for management review.
- Customer Support: Coordinate with CRM and metering teams for complaint resolution related to billing discrepancies and consumer grievances.

Preferred candidate profile

Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years in relevant field.
