Role & responsibilities

1. Welcome and interact with homeowners, architects, builders, contractors and other customers visiting the showroom.
2. Understand the customer's home, project requirements, budget and preferences and recommend suitable products.
3. Explain products, features, brands, quality, pricing and suitable alternatives clearly.
4. Help customers select products for bathrooms, kitchens and other areas of the home.
5. Prepare quotations and product selections accurately based on customer requirements.
6. Follow up with customers after showroom visits and quotations to convert enquiries into orders.
7. Maintain regular communication with customers until the order is confirmed and delivered.
8. Keep learning about new products, brands, designs and bathroom solutions.
9. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining good customer service.
10. Maintain a professional, positive and friendly working environment with the team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Enjoy talking to people and helping them make decisions.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and enough English to read product information and quotations.




- Willingness to learn about sanitaryware, faucets, bathroom products and home interiors.
- Confidence to speak with homeowners, architects and builders.
- Positive attitude, honesty and willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
