- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate end-to-end HR processes across SuccessFactors and integrated systems.
- Execute data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with HR business users, functional consultants, developers, and integration teams.
- Prepare test execution reports, status reports, and defect metrics.
- Support SIT, UAT, release testing, and production deployment activities.
- Required SAP SuccessFactors Modules Experience
- Hands-on testing experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment Management (RCM)
- Onboarding 2.0
- Performance Goals Management (PMGM)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation Management
- Succession Development
- Time Off and Time Tracking
