Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service.
- Test custom workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Platform integrations.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate data migration, reporting, and backend database updates.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for defect resolution.
- Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing (CRM/ERP).




- Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies.
- Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customizations, workflows, and business process flows.
- API Testing experience using Postman/REST services.
- SQL knowledge for database and data validation.
- Experience with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
