We have an opening one of the leading Stock Brokerage firm for the Litigation Manager role for Goregaon location.
Role & responsibilities
- Litigation & Representation: Manage and appear in civil, criminal, arbitration, and quasi-judicial proceedings before courts, tribunals, and investigative agencies (Police, EOW).
- Drafting & Vetting: Prepare comprehensive pleadings, written statements, legal notices, replies, and submissions for government departments and regulatory bodies (RBI, SEBI, IRDA, Exchanges).
- Advisory & Risk Management: Provide legal opinions to internal departments, highlight operational legal risks, and stay updated on securities laws.
- Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with external counsels for advisories and maintain the legal MIS and status reports for all active disputes.
