We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst who has successfully led or contributed to at least one live ERPNext implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, mapping them to ERPNext functionalities and ensuring smooth project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and implement ERPNext solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and participate in end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.
2. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Must be expert of FRD/BRD creation. Must have the ability to identify the Gaps and create the To-Be document.
4. Configure ERPNext modules, including Accounts, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects and Manufacturing.
5. Design and manage workflows, user roles, permission sets, and system configurations.

Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and word or Google Docs/Excel.
7. Conduct functional testing, system validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
8. Provide user training, documentation and post-implementation support.
9. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and system customizations.
10. Assist in data migration activities and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
