Duties/Responsibilities/Activities:

Maintenance and Equipment Reliability:

- Maintenance of process equipment, including MSGL, SS/MSRL reactors, pumps, dryers, conveyors, compressors, and chilling plants, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Execute and monitor preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance schedules across domains to ensure uninterrupted operations within planned budgets.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical equipment, ensuring timely renewals and effective execution.
- Conduct and support root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize breakdowns and meet turnaround-time targets for fault resolution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and system upgrades in collaboration with engineering teams while staying updated on best practices and technologies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and equipment history, and prepare periodic reports on performance, equipment status, and safety compliance.





Performance Monitoring and Improvement

- Track and analyze key maintenance metrics, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), to improve equipment reliability.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Inventory and Spare Management:

- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of critical components, collaborate with procurement for replenishment, and develop cost-effective solutions for spare parts management.

Workplace Safety

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, participate in training, and report safety concerns promptly.

IMS Compliance

- Adhere to IMS standards, maintain documentation, and support audits and corrective actions.

ESG Commitment

- Contribute to ESG initiatives, ensure environmental compliance, and promote resource efficiency.
