Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with 9-11 years of expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS, and AI/GenAI technologies. The role involves leading development initiatives, driving technical decisions, and delivering cloud-native solutions.

Roles Responsibilities

- Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.
- Develop contemporary front-end applications using React.js.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflows.
- Design RESTful APIs and ensure performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical Requirement




- 9-11 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.
- Strong React.js development experience.
- Hands-on AWS experience with services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Experience in API development and integration.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
