Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes/K3s platforms.
- Work hands-on with Go, Kubernetes, containerd/CRI and Linux.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to Linux networking, cgroups, iptables/netfilter, containers and Kubernetes.
- Maintain and upgrade Kubernetes/K3s components and dependencies.
- Work on platform automation, CI/CD, testing and release engineering.
- Handle production issues, perform RCA and performance/reliability optimization.
- Work with PKI/certificates, storage/CSI and observability.
- Develop automation using Python, Ansible and Bash.
- Contribute to Kubernetes/cloud-native open-source components where required.

Mandatory Skills:

- Kubernetes solid hands-on experience




- Go/Golang – professional experience
- K3s / Kubernetes distribution experience
- Containerd / CRI
- Linux
- Linux networking – iptables/netfilter/nftables
- cgroups / cgroups v2
- Python – working proficiency
- Ansible
- Docker / Helm
- Kubernetes troubleshooting and internals
- PKI / certificate management
- CI/CD and platform automation

Good to Have:

- kube-router
- Kubernetes/K3s source-code experience
- K3s fork maintenance
- CSI/storage
- CNCF/open-source contributions
- Edge/embedded environment experience
