Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with experience in the Salon Division.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on hair care products, treatments, techniques, and product usage.

- Explain product features, advantages, ingredients, application procedures, precautions, and aftercare.

- Conduct product demonstrations and practical training sessions.

- Guiding/Training modules, presentations, product guides, and other educational Information about the product.

- Provide technical support and resolve concerns regarding hair.





- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for product launches, demonstrations, workshops, and customer training.

- Visit salons and training locations for technical demonstrations and workshops.

- Stay updated with the latest hair care trends, salon techniques, treatments, and industry practices.

- Collect salon feedback and provide relevant inputs to the management and product teams.
