Key Responsibilities
Call Handling: Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers or manage inbound inquiries following standard call scripts and guidelines.
Customer Support Inquiry Handling: Resolve customer issues promptly, provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account status, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
Lead Generation / Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities, pitch products/services, qualify leads, and follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Data Entry CRM Updates: Accurately record call details, customer feedback, resolution status, and contact information into the CRM or call logging software.
Process Compliance: Strictly adhere to quality standards, call duration targets, attendance guidelines, and compliance rules.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume targets, first-call resolution (FCR) rates, or lead generation goals.
