Responsibilities

- Monitor SAP environments including Development, QA, Production and DR systems under guidance from senior team members.
- Support SAP system administration activities and daily operational tasks.
- Assist in SAP installations, configurations and maintenance activities.
- Execute transport management activities and support system refresh and restore operations.
- Perform routine system monitoring and proactively report issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting SAP system issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Support SAP HANA administration and SAP Solution Manager activities.
- Participate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade and support projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to address business requirements.
- Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Requirement
- 1 to 2 years of SAP Basis administration experience.
- Knowledge of SAP system monitoring, administration and support activities.




- Basic understanding of SAP HANA and SAP Business Suite landscapes.
- Exposure to transport management, client copy, system refresh or backup/restore activities.
- Basic exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
- Understanding of operating systems and database fundamentals.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Additional Responsibility
- SAP Basis certification or relevant SAP training.
- Preferred Skill:-
- Exposure to SAP upgrades, migrations or cloud-based SAP environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and support operations.
- Understanding of automation and monitoring tools in SAP landscapes.
