We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing hiring delivery, stakeholder engagement, recruitment strategy, team management, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and levels, including lateral and leadership hiring.
- Partner closely with Business Heads, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding follow-up.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Drive quality, TAT, cost, and productivity metrics for the recruitment function.
- Ensure adherence to defined TA processes, recruitment SOPs, approval matrix, compensation parity, and offer governance.
- Partner with stakeholders on CTC benchmarking, compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and deviation approvals.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, establish individual KRAs, monitor productivity, and drive performance improvement.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Track and analyse recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on open positions, ageing, closures, offer status, joining ratios, and hiring TAT.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.




- Support employer branding and initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent attraction and candidate engagement.
- Identify recruitment challenges and proactively work with business stakeholders to resolve hiring bottlenecks.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in managing large-scale or multi-function recruitment.
- Experience in managing a TA team and driving recruitment targets.
- Exposure to Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
- Experience in process improvement, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder management is preferred.
