IT Business Partner | Mumbai, India

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the key link between business functions and technology teams. This position is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring solutions deliver operational efficiency, strategic value, and support long-term organisational growth.

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, the IT Business Partner will identify business needs, drive digital transformation initiatives, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions across the organisation.

What Youll Be Doing

Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure technology initiatives support business priorities and organisational goals.
Requirements Gathering: Work with business teams to capture, analyse, and document requirements for technology solutions.
Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement business-focused technology solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Project Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and business requirements are met.
Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, innovation, and technology adoption.
Change Management: Support business users during system implementations and technology changes to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Review the effectiveness of technology solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Risk & Governance: Ensure technology initiatives comply with organisational policies, governance standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Vendor Management:



Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality service delivery and value generation.
Continuous Improvement: Promote best practice and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and user experiences.

Experience: Previous experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Business & Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of business operations, technology solutions, and digital transformation.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Business Analysis Skills: Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions.
Project Delivery: Understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
