Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in sales and customer follow-up, and basic knowledge of CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM software.
- Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.




- Prepare and maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

Requirements

- BBA, MBA, or any graduate qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/customer handling.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
