- Research and identify prospective clients.
- Source leads through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.
- Conduct outbound calls and client outreach.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Track lead status and provide regular sourcing reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, client sourcing, business development or B2B sales.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Positive communication and convincing ability.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
- Candidates with experience in advertising/marketing/media/event/branding-related businesses preferred.
