We are hiring for the International Voice Process – Customer Support Associate.

Job Details:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in International Voice Process / BPO
- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates can apply
- Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (night shifts for international customers)
- Work from Office

Your Work:

- Talk to international customers on calls and solve their queries
- Give correct information and quick solutions
- Update customer details in the system (CRM)
- Send difficult issues to the senior team
- Keep customers happy and meet quality targets

Requirements:

- Good spoken English with clear pronunciation
- 6 months to 1 year of international voice experience
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ready to work night and rotational shifts
