Qualification: Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Project Management, Software Development, Cloud Technologies, SAP, or Cybersecurity would be an added advantage

Working Days: 5 days a week

Role Summary

The candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise application development/Implementation, manufacturing IT solutions, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves managing in-house and third-party software applications, supporting SAP-related initiatives, driving secure software development practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and information security requirements, and leading cross-functional technology projects.

The incumbent will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, software development teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- 8-10 years of IT experience with proven leadership exposure.
- Experience leading enterprise application development, implementation, and support teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Application Development & Solution Delivery





- Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing end-to-end application development and enhancement projects.
- Hands-on understanding of application architecture and technical governance.
- Experience managing application releases, deployments, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and business systems.

Technical Skills

- Microsoft .NET / Web Technologies.
- SQL Server / MySQL / Database Management.
- API Integration experience.
- Java (Spring Boot framework).
- Understanding of Cloud and Infrastructure concepts.

Pharma / Manufacturing Domain

- Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or GxP-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of GAMP5 and ISO 27001:2015.

Compliance & Security

- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure software development practices.
- Exposure to audits, validation activities, and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / CSV concepts.

Certifications
