Manage end-to-end TA, workforce planning, L&D;, employee engagement, employee relations and performance management. Partner with business leaders, address employee concerns, drive HR initiatives, maintain HR MIS and support overall people strategy.
Required Candidate profile
Robust HRBP exposure, relevant HR experience preferably in Real Estate/Construction. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and people management skills.
