- 5 to 8 years building and shipping production-grade full stack applications.
- Strong front-end expertise with TypeScript and React.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Golang.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native services.
- Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, latency, reliability, and error handling.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including APIs, streaming, RAG, tool usage, agents, or conversational AI.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver independently.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative working style.
