Job Description

Teleforce.cx is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive B2B sales and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in CCaaS, Cloud Telephony, CRM, IVR, Dialers, CPaaS, CDP, CMS, or SaaS-based technology solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, understanding their communication and customer-experience requirements, presenting suitable technology solutions, generating qualified opportunities, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify prospects requiring CCaaS, Cloud Telephony, CRM, IVR, Dialer and customer-experience solutions.
- Conduct cold calls and product discussions with decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and demonstrate SaaS / cloud-based products.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate product value.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, product and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Required Experience & Skills

Must Have:

- Experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Experience selling SaaS,



Cloud Telephony, CCaaS, CRM, IVR, Dialers or related technology solutions.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation and prospecting.
- Valuable understanding of the B2B sales cycle and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, founders, business owners and senior decision-makers.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- CCaaS / Contact Centre Solutions
- Cloud Telephony
- CRM

- Auto / Predictive / Progressive Dialers
- CPaaS / Voice API
- CDP – Customer Data Platform
- CMS – Content Management System
- SaaS / Customer Experience Platforms

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a sales-driven and technology-oriented professional who is comfortable selling B2B technology solutions and engaging with decision-makers.

Candidates from Cloud Telephony, CCaaS, SaaS, CRM, CPaaS, Contact Centre Technology, Telecom or IT/Software Sales backgrounds are preferred.
