- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for nursing students and staff as per the prescribed curriculum and hospital requirements.
- Supervise students during clinical postings, ensuring proper patient care, nursing procedures, and adherence to safety standards.
- Demonstrate and evaluate nursing procedures, clinical skills, and patient-care practices.
- Assess students clinical performance and provide regular feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Coordinate with nursing faculty and hospital departments for effective clinical training and student postings.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection-control practices, NABH standards, and nursing procedures.
- Maintain records of clinical attendance, skill assessments, competencies, and student performance.
- Support orientation, induction, skill-lab training, and continuing education programmes for nursing students and staff.
