Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Engineering to handle RFQ technical feasibility, product engineering, NPD and industrialisation for aerospace, defence and space products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical feasibility reviews, RFQ responses, BOM, costing and process estimation.
- Interpret customer drawings, specifications, schematics, GD&T; and technical data packages.
- Develop process flows, tooling requirements, standard times and manufacturing plans.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices and customer clarifications.
- Lead NPD projects, APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, FAI and PPAP activities.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Sourcing, Quality,



Production and Process Engineering.
- Handle technical discussions with customers and support design-for-manufacturing initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 6+ years in Design / Proposal / NPD / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Mandatory aerospace, defence or space industry experience.
- Strong exposure to at least 2 areas: Magnetics, Transformers/Inductors, Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies, Electro-mechanical Assemblies, Motors, Solenoids, Actuators, Cabinets/Racks/Panels.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9145, APQP, AS9102, GD&T; and FAI/PPAP.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo, SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- Solid customer-facing and technical communication skills.
