Principal Architect - Turnkey Residential Construction Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for residential construction projects.

- Prepare detailed design documents, including floor plans, working drawings, presentation drawings, and detail drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to meet client expectations while maintaining quality standards.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 8-13 years of experience in architecture with a B.Arch degree (or equivalent).

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion for design management and rendering.

- Robust leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for delivering accurate results on time.
