Job Description

We are looking for experienced Product Owners, Product Managers, or Business Analysts with robust domain knowledge in Mortgage Appraisals. The candidate should understand mortgage lending processes, property valuation, appraisal management, and real estate valuation workflows. The role involves gathering business requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with business and technology teams to develop and enhance mortgage appraisal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to mortgage appraisal processes.
- Define product features, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, appraisal management teams, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Understand mortgage lending workflows, including property valuation, appraisal ordering, report review, and appraisal delivery.
- Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and solution development for mortgage appraisal platforms.




- Identify opportunities to streamline appraisal workflows through automation and digital solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with applicable mortgage lending regulations, valuation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve appraisal turnaround time, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering workshops.

Required Skills

- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending and property appraisal processes.
- Knowledge of property valuation, appraisal management, appraisal reports, and mortgage origination workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and product features.
