Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Linked In and job portals.
- Screen candidates and assess communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn US IT recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment, sales, or calling experience.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts and travelling to the Whitefield office.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals.
