The INH Business Partner – HUB India is the strategic interface between Digital Core and the HUB India business, ensuring that business priorities, Digital Core capabilities and transformation agendas are effectively connected.

The role builds trusted IT Business Partnering & relationships with senior business stakeholders, and ensures effective navigation of the complex India business, organizational and IT landscape.

The ideal candidate brings a strong Infrastructure background combined with proven IT business partnering and digital transformation experience. Understand complex technology topics, challenge constructively, translate infrastructure needs into business outcomes, and drive successful adoption of Digital Core solutions and standards. Min exp 10-15 years.

How You'll Make an Impact

- HUB India regional IT Engagement Partner, creating a strong, proactive and business -focused interface between Digital Core IT value centres and regional leadership also with country business area heads
- Build trusted relationships with Business Areas digital organization, country leadership and functional stakeholders, acting as a credible technology advisor and helping shape technology priorities based on business needs.
- Navigate complex regional demands, balancing local business requirements with Digital Core strategy, global standards, governance and cost considerations.




- Bring a strong Infrastructure perspective to business discussions and help translate complex topics across workplace, network, cloud, data centre, connectivity and core infrastructure into clear business outcomes.
- Drive business engagement for major infrastructure and Digital Core transformation programmes, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication and adoption.
- Shape and coordinate HUB India IT demand and priorities, ensuring that business requirements are clearly articulated, assessed and aligned with the Digital Core roadmap.
- Represent HUB India IT in relevant regional and global forums, ensuring India business requirements are appropriately considered while maintaining alignment with global Digital Core standards.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and modernize the technology landscape while improving employee experience and business agility.
- Support country IT governance, risk, compliance, audit and regulatory requirements by coordinating with relevant Digital Core and business stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement during significant business changes, including recent locations, organizational changes, carve-ins, carve-outs, migrations and infrastructure transformations.
- Use data, service insights, business feedback and stakeholder inputs to identify risks, improvement opportunities and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Promote adoption of digital, automation,



AI/GenAI and modern infrastructure capabilities where they can create tangible business value.

What You Bring

- Strong Infrastructure background is essential, with solid experience across enterprise infrastructure such as workplace, network, cloud, data centre, connectivity and IT operations.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Transformationprojects likeSD LAN, WAN, Workplace heroization .. experience in M&A; projects, with the ability to lead a country workstream.
- Demonstrated ability to move beyond technical delivery and connect infrastructure and technology decisions to business outcomes.
- Focus on radical standardization on digital foundation, that make AI and scale
- Proven ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities within a global, matrixed and multi-business environment.
- Min one full e2e implementation experiences of any IT transformation programs, should be capable work IT Project project manager for regions
- Strong understanding of Digital Core governance, IT risk, compliance, service management and enterprise technology standards.
- Ability to challenge technical teams constructively while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to operate effectively across HUB, Business Areas, regional and global Digital Core teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn operational and business data into meaningful leadership insights.
- A pragmatic leadership style combining Infrastructure depth, business orientation, strategic thinking and execution discipline.
- Experience working in a large global organization and across multicultural environments is highly desirable.
