Expansion or Commercial Real Estate

- Robust executive presence with a polished and professional personality.
- Proven experience in meeting CXOs, promoters and senior decision-makers.
- Existing network with corporate companies, retail brands, developers, hospitality groups or business associations will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of retail expansion, corporate leasing and commercial real estate.
- Candidates with experience handling national or international brands will be preferred.
- Exposure to retail brands, corporate occupiers or expansion teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent networking, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and other cities as per business requirements.




- Candidates from outside Gujarat with relevant experience are welcome and relocation to Ahmedabad should be acceptable.

Preferred Background Corporate Sales, Business Development, Luxury Brands, Hospitality, Banking, Commercial Real Estate or Consulting.

Desired Candidate :- Graduate (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Retail. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Gujarati will be an added advantage.
