Description:

- The Senior Active Directory User Management Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of user identities, accounts, groups and access permissions within the Bank's Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- The resource will ensure secure, controlled and timely execution of user lifecycle activities in accordance with Bank policies, ITSM processes, security standards, audit requirements and SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete user lifecycle activities including joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes.
- Create, modify, disable and delete Active Directory accounts.
- Manage security and distribution group memberships.
- Process user access requests based on approved workflows.
- Perform account unlocks, password resets and account recovery.
- Manage privileged and sensitive user accounts in coordination with IAM/PAM teams.
- Perform periodic user and group access reviews.
- Validate access against approved roles and authorization matrices.
- Support RBAC and least-privilege implementation.
- Identify and report dormant, inactive or unauthorized accounts.
- Support segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and authorization issues.
- Support Group Policy-related access requirements.
- Perform user administration through approved ITSM workflows.
- Maintain complete audit trails and evidence for administrative activities.
- Prepare periodic operational and access-management reports.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinate with IAM, PAM, Windows, Security and Application teams.
- Ensure all activities comply with Bank security policies and procedures.
- Support incident,



request, problem and change-management processes.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational KPIs.
- Escalate security exceptions and complex technical issues to appropriate L2/L3 teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 8 years of relevant experience in Active Directory/User Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale user and group environments.
- Strong understanding of AD Users & Computers, Groups, OUs, Group Policy and authentication.
- Experience with user lifecycle/JML processes.
- Good knowledge of RBAC, least privilege and segregation of duties.
- Experience with privileged account administration.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and access issues.
- Working knowledge of Power Shell for administrative automation.
- Knowledge of LDAP, DNS, Kerberos and Windows authentication.
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms such as Service Now.
- Experience with access certification and audit activities.
- Ability to analyze access-related reports and identify exceptions.
- Experience working under strict SLA and compliance requirements.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
- Microsoft Security-related certifications
