Job Description:

Key Responsibilities-

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes and reduce manual efforts.

Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and infrastructure health.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

Support incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

Work with development and operations teams to improve system stability and operational efficiency.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software releases.

Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity initiatives.

Follow DevOps and SRE best practices to improve system resilience and reduce operational risks.





Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or a related role.

Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Shell, or similar languages.

Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and system administration.

Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.

Understanding of networking, system performance, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.

Positive communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
