Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and successful delivery of offshore projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, and Client teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and contractual requirements.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations, company HSE policies, and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers involved in project execution.
- Review and approve project plans, procedures, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues impacting project performance.
- Ensure timely completion of offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification





- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Marine / Offshore / Electrical or related discipline).
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Experience

- 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, Offshore Construction, or Marine Projects.
- Proven experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, pipelines, jackets, topsides, brownfield or greenfield projects.
- Experience in handling multidisciplinary project teams and client interactions.
