This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a General Manager – (Forex/CFD) based in India.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished financial services professional to launch and scale a new Forex/CFD trading brand in the Indian market. You will take ownership of market-entry strategy, commercial operations, team development, and overall profit and loss (P&L;) performance. The role offers significant autonomy to build a local presence, establish strategic partnerships, and develop a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and trading communities. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and sustainable growth. Working closely with international stakeholders and external service providers, you will help shape localized products, payment solutions, and trading experiences. This remote position is suited to a commercially driven leader with deep Forex/CFD expertise,



solid knowledge of India, and a proven record of building and scaling businesses.

Accountabilities

Lead the launch, establishment, and expansion of a new Forex/CFD trading brand targeting the Indian market.

Develop and execute a comprehensive market-entry strategy, establishing local operations, commercial priorities, and a sustainable growth roadmap.

Take ownership of business performance, revenue generation, budgeting, and overall profit and loss (P&L;) management.

Recruit, lead, and manage cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships, establishing clear objectives and performance expectations.

Build, onboard, and maintain relationships with key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners throughout India.
