About the InternshipWe’re looking for a driven, target-oriented intern to join the Founder’s Office for a 6-month, high-ownership stint focused on growth, revenue, and partnerships. This isn’t an observational internship — you’ll own real numbers from day one, report directly to the VP, and be measured on outcomes, not just activity. Solid performers will be considered for a full-time offer at the end of the term.

Key Responsibilities & TargetsGrowth
• Own top-of-funnel growth — build and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email,



WhatsApp communities, referrals, and events to attract founders, investors, and mentors
• Run and iterate on growth experiments; track what converts and double down on what works
• Build and maintain a growth funnel/dashboard — applications, conversions, activations, churn
• Identify and tap into founder communities, college E-cells, and startup events to expand reach
• Support end-to-end event execution — outreach, on-ground coordination, post-event follow-up

Growth Targets:
• Months 1–2 (Ramp-up): Generate 50+ qualified leads/month for community membership; shadow and assist in 2+ events
• Months 3–4: Own outreach for 100+ leads/month with 15–20% conversion to applications; independently coordinate 1 event
• Months 5–6: Drive 150+ leads/month, improve conversion rate by 10% over baseline; own end-to-end execution of at least 1 flagship event/mixer
