Job Description

The Senior Manager, Evidence Generation Financial Operations & Quality Enablement is responsible for leading and overseeing financial operations, operational quality and compliance, risk and exception tracking, and QC evidence archiving across the evidence generation portfolio. This role ensures accurate, timely, compliant, and traceable operational support while enabling Global Evidence Generation, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to focus on strategic judgment, final approvals, and budget decisions. The role also supports the responsible use of digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Evidence Generation Financial Operations & Quality Enablement manages the operational capabilities and teams that support study budget, purchase order, and invoice tracking; quality control activities; risk and exception management; and evidence archiving. Working across functions and with external partners, the role drives operational execution, supports process improvement, and helps implement effective, scalable, and compliant ways of working, including appropriate use of digital and AI-enabled capabilities.

How You Will Contribute
• Lead and oversee Financial Operations Enablement Leads and Operational Quality, Compliance & Archiving Leads.
• Manage study budget, purchase order, and invoice tracking against approved contracts, milestones, forecasts, and financial controls.
