Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented engineering team, cultivating fluency with AI-assisted development so the team treats AI harnesses as a core part of how they build, not an afterthought.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages innovation, responsible AI adoption, and professional growth.
• Manage day-to-day activities,



set performance goals, and ensure the team meets project deadlines — including throughput expectations that reflect AI-augmented workflows.

2. Project Management
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

3. Technical Expertise
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies — particularly the quick-moving AI developer tooling landscape (coding agents, MCP-based toolchains, agentic workflows) — and guide the team on best practices.
• Collaborate to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions on technology stack, architecture, and where AI meaningfully accelerates delivery.

4. Quality Assurance
• Ensure robust testing processes that keep quality high even as AI
