Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the jewellery brand’s Shopify website.

• Upload products, manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.

• Optimize website design, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

• Manage online orders, payments, returns, and customer queries.

• Implement SEO, promotional campaigns, and conversion optimization.

• Monitor website performance, sales, and analytics.

• Coordinate with marketing, photography, and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce website management.

• Solid expertise in Shopify, including product management, themes, apps, and integrations.

• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, digital marketing, and inventory management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 20k to 25k
