VirtualCare AI is a U.S.-based healthcare technology startup building a more accessible and personalized approach to medication management.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Specialist based in India to support our day-to-day business operations. You'll work directly with our team to help keep processes organized, identify inefficiencies, and use AI tools and automation to improve how we operate.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and operational workflows.
- Maintain spreadsheets, internal trackers, and company documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and non-clinical support coordination.
- Monitor operational queues and escalate issues when necessary.
- Test platform features, identify bugs, and document issues.
- Conduct internet research and organize findings.
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Support additional business operations as needed.

Requirements
- Based in India with reliable internet access.




- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn recent software and workflows quickly.
- Availability for some overlap with U.S. business hours.

Previous experience in operations, virtual assistance, or startup environments is preferred but not required.
