Zeus AI builds an IoT cloud platform for agriculture, industry, hospitality, and utility clients. Our platform connects LoRaWAN sensors and gateways, computer vision pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Our customers use it to monitor farms, factories, hotels, and meters in real time.

Our engineering team works on many projects at the same time. We need a Team Lead / Project Manager to plan the work, lead the developers, and deliver projects on time.

What you will do

- Lead a team of developers (React Native, React, Node.js, computer vision, IoT).
- Plan sprints and manage tasks in Jira.
- Divide customer requirements into clear technical tasks.
- Track progress, find risks early, and remove blockers.
- Do code reviews and make sure the team follows our standards.
- Be the link between the CTO, the customer-facing project manager, and the developers.
- Write clear status reports for management.
- Help hire and onboard new developers.

What you need





- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- 1–2+ years of experience as a team lead or project manager.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and React or React Native.
- Experience with Jira and Agile / Scrum.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage many projects at the same time.
- Must be able to work from our Ahmedabad office 5 days a week.

Positive to have

- Experience with IoT, LoRaWAN, or hardware integration.
- Experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, Lambda).
- Experience with computer vision or AI projects.
- Experience in a startup.
