Description:
- The Senior ARCON PAM Administrator will be responsible for the administration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of the Bank's ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment.
- The resource will manage privileged accounts, access policies, credential vaulting, session management, onboarding of target systems and privileged-access reviews while ensuring compliance with Bank security and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the ARCON PAM platform.
- Perform privileged-account discovery and onboarding.
- Onboard servers, databases, network devices and applications into PAM.
- Manage privileged accounts and credentials.
- Configure password vaulting and credential-management policies.
- Configure password rotation and reconciliation where applicable.
- Manage privileged-access workflows.
- Configure role-based access controls.
- Manage user and administrator access within PAM.
- Support privileged session management.
- Monitor and review privileged sessions.
- Review session recordings and audit logs when required.
- Perform periodic privileged-account access reviews.
- Support emergency/break-glass access.
- Manage PAM policies based on approved security requirements.
- Troubleshoot PAM connectivity and authentication issues.
- Support integration with:
- Active Directory/LDAP
- Windows
- Unix/Linux
- Databases
- Network devices
- Security tools
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, Security and Application teams.
- Support PAM-related incident and change management.
- Maintain PAM documentation and configuration records.
- Prepare privileged-access and compliance reports.
- Support internal/external audits.
- Identify unauthorized or anomalous privileged activities and escalate accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to least privilege, RBAC and segregation of duties.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of PAM operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 8 years of experience in PAM/IAM administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with ARCON PAM.
- Robust understanding of Privileged Access Management.
- Experience with:
- Privileged account onboarding
- Password vaulting
- Password rotation
- Session management
- Access workflows
- RBAC
- Privileged-user monitoring
- Experience onboarding Windows, Unix/Linux, databases and network devices.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP.
- Understanding of Windows and Unix administration.
- Understanding of database and network-device administration.
- Experience with PAM access reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting capability.
- Experience with ITSM tools and processes.
- Good understanding of security controls and audit requirements.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
- Strong security and risk awareness.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive privileged credentials.
- Good stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work under strict SLA and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple technical teams.
