Title: Business Analyst

Location: Pan India (Remote works)

Experience: 8-10 years

The role will be to work with our tech market organisation to create a global application catalogue for our business managed services. And add to the CMDB. The resources will be engaging in-market stakeholders to define per country application catalogue, collect appropriate It will need resources with the below skills:

- Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation Ability to engage business and technology stakeholders across markets, build relationships, and drive participation.
- Application Portfolio & Service Catalogue Management Experience creating, maintaining, and governing application or service catalogues.
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Skilled in collecting, documenting, and validating application, ownership, support, and lifecycle information.
- Data Collection & Data Quality Management Ability to gather, cleanse, reconcile, and validate information from multiple sources.




- Technology & Application Landscape Knowledge Good understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and business-managed services.
- Governance & Process Management Experience working within technology governance frameworks and ensuring adherence to defined standards.
- Communication & Change Management Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills Capable of identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and producing clear progress and status reporting.
- Tool Proficiency Experience with Service Now, CMDB, Excel.

Desirable:

- Experience in global organisations operating across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Understanding of business-managed applications, Shadow IT, and technology governance
