MMRPL- MIBS Key Responsibilities Create and Manage BOMs: Develop and maintain detailed and accurate BOMs for various products. Update BOMs in response to design changes, production variations, and recent product introductions. Coordinate with Engineering and Production Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design and material specifications. Liaise with production departments to ensure seamless material availability and minimize production delays. Data Management: Utilize SAP system to manage BOM data. Ensure all BOM-related information is correctly inputted and updated in company databases. Quality Assurance: Verify BOMs for accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular audits of BOMs to ensure they meet company standards and compliance regulations. Documentation and Reporting: Generate reports on material usage, shortages, and surplus. Prepare documentation to support procurement and inventory management.
