We are seeking a seasoned Application Architect to lead the strategic design and delivery of complex Service Now solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that architectural frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth architectural analysis to define system requirements and establish best practices for Service Now deployments.
- Develop exact infrastructure estimations to support project scoping, resource allocation, and cost planning.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with quality benchmarks.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to perform detailed client requirement analysis,
translating business challenges into technical specifications.
- Design and maintain scalable Service Now architectures that support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of Service Now platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Create and refine comprehensive solution designs that address specific business use cases while adhering to security and compliance standards.
Requirements Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Architectural Analysis and Solution Design within the Service Now environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure Estimation and Project Execution for large-scale IT initiatives.
- Strong background in Client Requirement Analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret complex business needs.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of Service Now Architecture and Service Now Implementation methodologies.
- Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant work experience in IT Services, specifically focusing on enterprise application architecture.
- Proficiency in applying architectural principles to drive successful Service Now project outcomes.
