We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance and will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, and supporting financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain financial records
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification: 12th and above
Experience: Min 6 months in international voice process
(Recent Carrer gap -not more than 3 months)
Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational off
Salary: 6-8lackhs
